During high season (May–June and September–October) and
peak hours (around 10:00 AM, when hotel check-outs occur),
taxis may be harder to find.
Advance bookings are accepted within 24 hours only. Requests made earlier cannot be accepted by the taxi office.
Availability is never guaranteed. During busy periods, your requested pickup time may not be available.
If your time slot is full, the office may refuse the request or ask you to reschedule to an earlier or later time.
Being flexible with your pickup time significantly increases the chances of finding a driver.
A taxi reservation is not the same as a confirmed private transfer. The taxi office records your request and will attempt to assign a driver at the requested time.
If a driver is successfully assigned, the taxi will arrive at the scheduled time.
If no driver is available, the taxi office will stop searching and the request will not be fulfilled. You will need to contact the taxi company again.
For this reason, we recommend keeping this guide easily accessible, especially for early departures or time-sensitive trips.
