Welcome at the Estate
The visit begins with a warm welcome, followed by an introduction to the history of the Castelvecchio family and the origins of the winery.
Weather permitting, a short walk through the vineyards can also be arranged upon request.
Cellar Visit
Guests will explore the historic cellar while learning about production and aging techniques and the characteristics of the Chianti Colli Fiorentini wine area.
Tasting
A welcome glass is served on the panoramic terrace overlooking the symbolic cypress tree of the estate, before moving to the tasting room.
The tasting includes:
- Three top estate wines
- Estate extra virgin olive oil with traditional Tuscan bread
- Traditional Vin Santo paired with dark chocolate
Each tasting is conducted personally by the sommelier or the owner, encouraging an informal and engaging discussion about wine and territory.
